





Hi, I’m Francesca 👋
I began my career in international business and finance before pivoting into nutrition and dietetics - a decision shaped by my own long journey with food, control, and self-trust.
For years, I lived in a cycle of food rules, guilt, and second-guessing myself. I tried doing everything “right,” yet still felt stuck in my head around eating and my body. That experience led me to deeply study why food struggles persist and what actually helps people rebuild trust with themselves again.
Through my 3-Pillar Framework, which focuses on thoughts, feelings, and actions, I support women in developing steadier self-trust and a calmer, more flexible relationship with food. Rather than chasing willpower or perfection, we work on understanding patterns, reducing internal pressure, and creating consistency that feels realistic and sustainable.
Because I’ve walked this path myself, I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work. Over the years, I’ve supported many women - especially those in midlife - who feel exhausted by food guilt, emotional eating cycles, and constant self-criticism.
My goal is simple: to help women feel more grounded, confident, and at ease around food - without extremes, shame, or all-or-nothing thinking.
